As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will
understand
Orkin’s products and services, sell them to a variety of industries, and build trusted relationships with customers. Your tasks include: Prioritizing safety in all responsibilities Conducting yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers Serving as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by recommending the best innovative solutions Achieving sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development Conducting inspections of the interior and exterior of customers’ properties Making recommendations based on inspections, addressing questions, and setting expectations Using the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized What We Offer

No industry experience required – we will train you Experience in sales, prospecting, or cold calling preferred Strong customer relationship management skills required Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers in businesses and/or homes Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
