About Us ServiceMaster by QRT is a growing restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, reconstruction, and emergency response services throughout the Portland and Vancouver metro area.
We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Marketing & Account Representative to help expand our referral network and grow market share. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients
Generate new referral opportunities through networking, prospecting, and community involvement
Conduct in‑person visits, property walkthroughs, and commercial facility assessments
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
Present restoration services and emergency response capabilities to potential clients
Promote Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and service agreements
Follow up regularly with referral partners and key accounts
Manage sales activities, contacts, and opportunities through CRM software
Track referral sources, pipeline activity, and sales performance
Develop and grow an assigned territory
What We're Looking For
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Organized and detail‑oriented
Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule
Goal‑oriented and competitive mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Sales, marketing, restoration, construction, insurance, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to travel throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro area
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Standard business hours
Occasional evening networking events
Limited weekend availability for emergency response support
Work Location In Person
