Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile service customers
Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments
Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations
Create accurate service estimates and invoices
Collaborate with mobile technicians to ensure timely and high‑quality service delivery
Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Promote dealership services and build long‑term customer relationships
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Appointment Scheduler in a dealership or service center (Ford/Lincoln preferred)
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and adapt to a mobile work environment
Professional, positive, and team‑oriented attitude
