Assignment dates: July 6th – December 31, 2026 (possibility of extension)
Weekly hours: 30 hours per week; Thursday to Sunday availability
Wage
$20 per hour plus a bonus compensation element
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage retail customers to uncover needs, identify purchasing intent, and create sales opportunities
Deliver compelling product demonstrations of wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions
Explain pricing, features, and value propositions to support informed customer purchase decisions
Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process with a consultative, service-oriented approach
Build strong working relationships with store leadership and associates to support in-store execution and sales success
Coach and influence store teams to strengthen brand advocacy and support sell-through of telecommunications products
Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards to ensure strong brand presentation in assigned locations
Track performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators using required reporting tools and systems
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform program performance and field strategy
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
Comfort using digital tools, mobile technology, and reporting platforms
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
