Company Description TeamLogic IT of Louisville is a Managed Services Provider - an outsourced IT department for small and medium-sized businesses. We provide on‑call support and proactive maintenance for companies that lack the resources for a full‑time IT team. Based in the East End of Louisville (Middletown).
Role Part‑time, on‑site IT Intern (paid). Working under direct supervision, the intern assists with network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and routine system maintenance, and provides technical support and customer service to clients.
What You’ll Gain Unlike an internal IT role, an MSP intern works across many client environments at once. In a few months here you will see a wider range of systems, networks, and business situations than most technicians encounter in years at a single company. You will work with small and medium‑sized businesses across different industries, each with its own IT setup and needs, and build practical, hands‑on experience troubleshooting and maintaining real environments rather than a single static one.
Who Fits Well The right person is genuinely interested in technology but does not stop there. Much of the work is with people, often during a problem, so this role suits someone who listens well, explains things plainly, and stays patient and professional under pressure. You will start by responding to help desk calls and tickets, and we will gradually expand your responsibilities as you gain confidence in your troubleshooting. If you take satisfaction in solving a problem and leaving a client better off than you found them, you will fit in here.
