Role Summary and Impact The Insights and Analytics Senior Associate transforms campaign, audience, and emerging‑trend data into actionable insights that drive media, content, and communication decisions. This role is responsible for consolidating, visualizing, and analyzing information from digital platforms, measurement tools, and consumer intelligence sources to generate strategic recommendations that maximize campaign performance and add measurable value to clients. Reporting into Digital Strategy and Planning leadership, this is a highly collaborative, business‑oriented position that bridges analysis, planning, and execution to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
Skills and Experience
3–5 years of experience in roles related to Marketing Analytics, Media Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consumer Insights, or Digital Analytics.
Proven experience building client‑facing dashboards, analyzing digital campaigns, automating reports, and presenting results and insights to internal stakeholders or clients.
Advanced data analytics and visualization skills, with mandatory proficiency in Looker Studio, plus strong command of Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel. Desirable: Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Strong analytical competencies: interpretation of media and marketing KPIs, data storytelling, ability to identify actionable insights, analytical thinking with a business orientation, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
Academic background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or coursework in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or Consumer Insights is a plus.
