Über

We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative specializing in hydraulic & industrial hoses. This field-based role focuses on managing and expanding a Miami-Dade territory by developing new business and re-engaging existing customers. You will work directly with clients to provide hose and fitting solutions, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Develop new prospects and grow existing accounts
Build trusted relationships as a supplier
Assess customer needs and recommend solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for service excellence
Drive revenue within the territory
Requirements include
5 years in industrial sales, knowledge of hose applications, experience with industrial or construction clients, strong communication skills, independence in the field, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
Location: Miami-Dade with local travel.
Compensation includes a base salary of $65K–$75K uncapped commission, car allowance, full benefits, and bonus incentives.
