About The Role:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Technical Program Manager to drive Silicon development programs.
  • This role is with the Silicon Technical Program Management team and manages the end-to-end flow of silicon materials for engineering prototype builds on new products (NPI).
  • This role will require a self-driven individual with outstanding communication skills to manage Silicon and Hardware vendors to deliver material for complex builds on schedule.
  • This position will work with cross-functional teams to consolidate internal material requirements and communicate them with vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive silicon vendors to deliver wafers and materials on schedule, track material from foundry through downstream teams, and manage allocation during shortages.
  • Create and maintain engineering build matrices, schedules, and scope; manage change requests.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal engineering teams and external vendors, running weekly meetings, setting agendas, and maintaining communication infrastructure (Jira, G-Drive).
  • Anticipate and escalate risks (engineering changes, material shortages, schedule slips) and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain engineering specs, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and design files; track budget spend against forecasts.
  • Assist with Purchase Order (PO) generation/approvals, invoice tracking, and coordinate with legal/business teams on Teaming and Project Agreement (TPA)/ Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) agreements for new vendors.
  • Help with equipment delivery and setup
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and adept at driving multi-functional teams.
  • Technical understanding of silicon design flows, including Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) design, Register-Transfer Level (RTL), physical design, analog and digital design fundamentals
  • Ability to clearly describe design flows and challenges in managing silicon/hardware projects.
  • Hardware/Silicon material management experience.
  • Direct vendor engagement and management experience.
  • Top-notch critical thinking skill set; big picture program understanding and details.
  • Experience managing, prioritizing and maintaining multiple projects at a time.
  • Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of all data, status and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to react to changes in a time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to work with overseas vendors across Europe and Asia time zones.
  • Ability to operate in fast paced situations
  • A Self-starter who can function with ambiguity
  • Experience with G-Suite tools (Sheet, Docs, Slides, Drive)
  • Program Tracking Skills
  • Experience with tools like Jira, MSProject, Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior FAANG/Big Tech

Location: Sunnyvale, CA [Onsite]

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $124,000 $176,800 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
