Lead, mentor, and develop the Inside Sales Representative team, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture. Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Oversee the management of customer quotes, orders, and backlog to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure proactive follow‑up on leads, outstanding quotes, and customer inquiries. Drive adoption of digital tools and systems (e.g., Myprysmian.com, online marketplace) to enhance customer experience and team efficiency. Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify threats, opportunities, and develop strategies for customer retention and growth. Monitor and manage team workload, prioritising urgent customer needs and balancing resources. Ensure compliance with pricing, credit, and return policies. Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights on backlog, order status, and team performance. Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase operational efficiency. Represent the Inside Sales team in cross‑functional meetings and projects. Support the professional development of team members through training and skill‑building. Key Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in sales management or customer service leadership required. 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field; prior management experience strongly preferred. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM/ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
