As a
Multichannel Sales Representative , you will promote and sell DHL services by email or phone to meet sales targets and generate revenue. In this role, you will also be responsible for responding to customer needs and requirements with the appropriate DHL service. Developing relationships with new clients by prospecting and responding to business development needs is also crucial. In addition, you will ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and DHL’s policies.
Key Responsibilities
Address any inquiries and communicate with clients by sending and receiving emails as well as making outbound calls to or accepting inbound calls from prospective clients and answer questions
Cultivate new qualified leads to refer to the sales team
Actively and attentively monitor customer global sales activity while making adjustments to processes and strategies to help the continued success of DHL
Execute and develop email, web, telephone, and mail marketing to establish and qualify prospects/clients for the sales force
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma and 1-2 years of sales experience or Bachelor's degree
Must be available to work fulltime Monday-Friday
Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
Commitment to exceed targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Looking for career growth in the sales field
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Geographically mobile with a global mindset
