Your Day‑to‑Day
Work side‑by‑side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use
Support creation of reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents in consideration of engineering workflows
Help translate successful use cases into repeatable team practices
Track and report adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables accepted
Familiarity with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment
Comfortable with AI and digital productivity tools
Responsible engineers and checkers retain all technical accountability

We also offer competitive pay. The base salary range for this position is estimated to be $40.00/hr to $45.00/hr.
