Job Overview: As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Specialist at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you will serve as a trusted guide, helping customers navigate their shopping journey with honesty, enthusiasm, and expert product knowledge. Guide customers through the showroom, demonstrating product knowledge and advising on selections. Lead by example in sales performance, setting a positive tone for peers and customers alike. Mentor and coach junior associates to develop their skills and confidence. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging retail environment. Actively promote brand values and engage guests in a service‑centric manner. Support inventory management and product presentation tasks.
