Install/Sales Coordinator Position Summary To coordinate the installation operations of the company which includes overseeing the daily dispatch of the crews, ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, and overseeing all warehouse functions. Additionally, the role works with inspectors, job costing, and pulling permits for each job. Clear and concise communications with customers, keeping them apprised of schedules and lead times. Candidate must be familiar with applicable codes and ensure work is done properly, on time and on budget.
Work Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work as needed.
Compensation $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Pass a drug and background check
Experience in the HVAC field preferred
Both service and install experience preferred
Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
Management experience in a trade industry (HVAC preferred)
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in permitting for HVAC trades
Experience in job costing
Experience working with and scheduling inspections for HVAC jobs
Familiarity with applicable codes preferred
Strong leadership abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Spanish language skills helpful
