Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams Preparing and managing property‑related documentation and records Handling incoming telephone and e‑mail enquiries professionally Maintaining databases and ensuring information is accurate and up to date Assisting with property marketing, listings and applicant registrations Supporting sales progression and general office operations Skills & Experience
Previous experience in office administration Estate agency experience, ideally within residential sales or lettings Good understanding of the residential sales and lettings process Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional and confident telephone manner Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Competent IT skills and experience using office‑based systems Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
