About the Role In this role, you’ll grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships while acting as the trusted liaison between client needs and agency solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications, updates, and renewals.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions.
Contribute to agency growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, or another client facing-role.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Driven, personable, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Licensed in Property & Casualty.
Pay range and compensation package
Stable base salary plus commission.
Full earnings potential from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on performance.
Additional incentives and rewards for achieving business development milestones.
