Overview The
Supervisor, Content Partnerships
will be primarily responsible for project management of content projects for a high‑profile account. In this role, the candidate will manage timelines and deliverables for multiple campaigns, ensuring executional excellence. The role requires a person who is passionate about media, production, and the details that go into taking a program concept from ideation to implementation.
Responsibilities
Participate in developing targeted entertainment and sports marketing programs to deliver upon clients’ goals and objectives
Creation and delivery of status reports, timelines, budgets, meeting summaries and case studies, etc.
Interface with the marketplace to help build partnerships and relationships with key content media partners
Identify entertainment and consumer trends, and keep up‑to‑date on industry news and developments relevant to specific brand categories
Guide programs through internal and legal processes, working to ensure all deliverables meet agency and client legal standards/requirements
Help to oversee a variety of projects at one time, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables are received on time, along with serving as supporting player on other team projects
Work across a diverse group of individuals, client accounts, vendors/partners, and act as a liaison between buying, planning and the creative community
Participate in management, leadership, and effective communication training(s)
Help implement workflows and quality control processes to ensure efficiency and high‑performance standards, and establish governance models and communication cadences to improve organizational transparency and accountability
Coordinate global integrated media operations across multiple markets, business units, and stakeholder groups
Demonstrate creativity and agility when problem solving
Qualifications
3+ years of media planning and/or digital media and content partnerships strategy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
Previous leadership/associate management experience is a plus
Resourceful, curious, and motivated, with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Detail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities and deadlines; able to identify and promote solutions
Excellent organizational skills and relationship management skills to foster a collaborative environment
Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $101,790.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
