The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Design & Analysis Engineer to join the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Aeronautical Systems Integration & Test (ASIT) team. The role supports Air Dominance, Phantom Works & Weapons programs by developing integration test assets, real‑time software test environments, subsystem/system testing, and evaluating system performance in simulation lab environments. Simulation and modeling assist in requirements development, software and hardware development, and equipment verification and validation. Responsibilities
Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Design hardware, software, and interface specifications. Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Resolve problems concerning fielded hardware and software across the product lifecycle. Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs. Basic Qualifications
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which U.S. citizenship is required; a final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical) or Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a non‑U.S. equivalent directly related to the work statement. Experience designing, developing, testing, and qualifying electrical/electronic systems. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Mentor Graphics Capital tool. Experience preparing test plans, schedules, and documentation. Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and/or real‑time operating test systems. Active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). A clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active. Pay & Benefits
Competitive base pay and variable compensation. Health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off. Pay range: $91,800 - $124,200, with potential signing bonus for eligible outside candidates. Other Requirements
