Are you a closer first and a project manager second? We’re looking for a sales‑driven Construction Project Manager in the restoration industry who can partner with our mitigation team and consistently convert active mitigation jobs into reconstruction projects. If you’re confident walking a loss, building trust with property owners and adjusters, and asking for the rebuild, this role is for you.
We are a full‑service mitigation and reconstruction company, operating 24/7 to help property owners recover quickly and confidently after water, fire, and mold losses. Our culture is built on quality, accountability, and doing things the right way—every time.
You own and are responsible for each project from the moment it’s assigned to you through final payment and closeout. Time is of the essence.
Position Overview This is a sales‑first role with strong project management duties and responsibilities. Your primary focus is to walk current mitigation and potential reconstruction jobs, identify reconstruction scope, and sell the rebuild to the property owner and if required adjuster, converting mitigation projects into signed construction contracts. Once the work is sold, you will build estimates in Xactimate, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate subcontractors from start to finish, and own client communication from first meeting through final completion. You’ll split your time between the field and the office—conducting on‑site visits, inspections, and job walks, while handling estimates, documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up from the office. Standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with additional availability for emergency services and storm response as needed. This is an in‑office/field role, not remote.
You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus available commission on the reconstruction work you sell and successfully manage through final payment and closeout.
Minimum Requirements
English is your primary language
Xactimate Experience
2+ years sales experience (comfortable prospecting, presenting, and closing)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management experience (residential and/or commercial)
Experience working with property adjusters
Bonus Qualifications
3+ years as a Field Adjuster
Experience with Dash, Cotality, or similar restoration/construction platforms
