We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates in the Houston area. As a Business Development Associate, you will represent our clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns at designated retail locations throughout the Houston area. This entry-level role focuses on customer engagement, brand awareness, and business development through direct interaction with consumers. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing professional development for individuals looking to build a career in sales, marketing, customer relations, or business development. Responsibilities
Engage with customers in retail environments to promote client products and services Educate consumers about available offerings and promotions Build positive relationships through professional face-to-face interactions Generate customer interest and assist with account enrollment when applicable Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results Qualifications
