Responsibilities As a B2B Outside Sales Rep, you’ll:
Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to various industries.
Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
Build trusted relationships and solve problems.
Prioritize safety and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity.
Use training to recommend innovative solutions for commercial customers.
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
Conduct inspections of customer properties and provide recommendations.
Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Estimated first‑year earnings: $65,000 to $120,000 (base salary plus uncapped commission)

Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a customer‑facing role.
Sales or service experience is a plus.
Background using CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company pays).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Wear personal protective equipment, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
Willing to work in various weather conditions.
