Overall purpose of the role: As a BSH (Bosch & Siemens) Sales Advisor for Floorcare & Small Appliances, you will be part of a diverse and knowledgeable team dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance for our client, BSH Group. Your primary responsibility is to be the go‑to person for customers visiting John Lewis & Partners looking for vacuums & floorcare items, serving as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, troubleshooting usage issues, and ultimately driving sales.
Our primary focus is showcasing and selling Bosch’s floorcare products, with a secondary focus on Siemens coffee machines and other small appliances. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution‑oriented approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brands in the store in which you are based.

Drive revenue through exceptional client service in line with company standards
Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and alongside the store in which you are based

You have (knowledge/experience required):
A proven sales track record
A passion for working smart and maintaining a clean environment for life
A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
Self‑motivation
Able to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and textually
What we offer:
Hourly rate - £14.80
Uncapped commission
Contract 2 days - Sat/Sun, 12 working hours Working shifts: Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm
Contract length - Permanent
Probation period - 3 months
