About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and multi-channel marketing activities. Acting as a primary point of contact for targeted physicians, you will deliver compelling product messaging while building strong, lasting relationships.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys working in a target-driven environment, excels in communication, and thrives on developing a deep understanding of both products and customer needs.
The successful candidate is required to be based at our Greenville Site 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular outbound calls to assigned customers, recording activity within Salesforce
Promote product features and benefits to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales
Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
Develop and manage structured daily and weekly call plans to maximise territory coverage
Complete product and disease state training to deliver accurate and impactful information
Build strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Actively participate in coaching and ongoing development sessions
Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
Skills & Experience Required
Proven customer service or sales experience (preferred)
High school diploma required; degree preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively
Results-driven with a commitment to achieving sales targets
High level of dependability and accountability
Confident presenting information and responding to questions
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Comfortable working with digital tools such as laptops, tablets and online platforms
