Dotted-line oversight from:
Matt Jozwiakowski, VP of Marketing
Head of TikTok Content
Role Purpose The Studio Manager / Content Producer exists to operate and scale Chai Vision’s in-house photo, video, livestream, and creator content studio across a rapidly growing portfolio of brands.
This role keeps an organized, production-ready studio environment running and owns the day-to-day setup, operation, and upkeep of the studio’s professional camera, lighting, and audio package — ensuring it is always shoot-ready — while supporting the execution of high-volume, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, YouTube, Shopify, and paid media.
This person is central to turning The Creativerse into an always-on content engine capable of supporting:
Product photography
TikTok Lives
Creator content
Influencer shoots
Paid social assets
UGC production
Podcasts and streaming
The role combines operational discipline, hands‑on technical competence with professional production gear, and modern social content instincts. It suits someone who thrives in fast‑paced, highly collaborative production environments.
Who You Are Experience & Qualifications
2–4 years of hands‑on experience in studio production, content production, video/photo production, live production, or a comparable in‑house creative or studio environment.
Hands‑on proficiency operating professional production equipment — full‑frame mirrorless and cinema cameras (e.g., Sony mirrorless / cinema bodies), professional LED lighting systems, and wireless lavalier and boom audio.
Comfortable both shooting quick‑turn iPhone / social content AND operating, maintaining, and safeguarding the studio’s professional camera, lighting, and audio package.
Working knowledge of basic editing: ingesting, logging, and organizing footage, media/transcoding management, and assembling basic rough cuts and selects for editors.
Experience creating social‑first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and supporting livestream / live‑selling production is strongly preferred.
How You Work
You thrive in high‑growth, high‑volume creative environments with constantly shifting priorities.
You are highly organized, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented.
You understand how modern social‑first content is created and consumed.
You are comfortable working around creators, influencers, talent, and production crews.
You have strong instincts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, livestream culture, and creator workflows.
You can keep productions moving while staying calm under pressure.
You are proactive, resourceful, and able to “make things happen” without excessive oversight.
You understand that speed, consistency, and execution matter as much as creativity.
You are energized by startup‑style environments and building systems from the ground up.
You balance operational structure with creative flexibility.
Personality, energy, and adaptability matter — but this role also requires real hands‑on competence with professional production equipment and the discipline to keep a high‑value gear package organized, maintained, and shoot‑ready.
