First‑year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between $60,000 and $70,000.
Position Summary Join our team as a full‑time Furniture Sales Professional and build a rewarding career with comprehensive training, support, and unlimited earning potential. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through every step of the purchasing process.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and engage in meaningful conversations about their wants and needs.
Help customers envision and create an amazing room for their family and friends.
Answer questions about financing options and payment plans.
Close sales and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Invite customers to return and maintain ongoing relationships.
Act with honesty and integrity throughout the sales process.
Follow up with customers to confirm they love their purchase.
Qualifications
Commission‑based sales position with unlimited earning potential.
Availability to work every weekend and most holidays.
Previous sales or customer‑service experience preferred, but not required.
Passion for delivering great service and building a successful career.
Goal‑oriented mindset and desire to control earning potential.
Outgoing personality who enjoys having fun.
Confidence and enthusiasm to learn through our training program.
Commitment to customer service with integrity.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Physical ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
English proficiency; bilingual preferred.
