Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a positive attitude, be a team player and exhibit high integrity at all times Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other quality managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs. Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products. Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability. Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality. Responsible for representing the needs of the customer. Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance in accordance with our attendance policy. Must be regularly available and willing to work at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, or such other hours per day or hours per week as is determined necessary or desirable to meet our business needs. Must be available and willing to work such overtime per day or per week as the supervisor determines necessary or desirable to meet our business needs. Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety laws and all of our safety policies and rules. Implement corrective actions when a non-conformity occurs according to problem solving Nisco forms. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four‑year college or university with one (1) to three (3) years experience.
