This is a hybrid role based in South San Francisco, CA.
Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will work directly with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to manage planning, design, and construction activities for new facilities, tenant improvements, workplace transformations, and technology-focused capital projects.
How You'll Contribute
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle
Manage planning, design, and construction activities for technology and corporate real estate projects
Review and evaluate project requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and client goals
Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools
Analyze project costs, schedules, and risks to support informed decision-making
Coordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
Support contract development, negotiation, review, and administration
Oversee the development and review of architectural and engineering drawings and bid documents
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across stakeholders
Engage with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and local agencies to communicate project status and resolve issues
Evaluate potential budget and schedule impacts and recommend mitigation strategies
Lead value engineering discussions and review alternative solutions with project teams
Coordinate specialty consultants and peer reviews as required
Provide guidance and support to Assistant Project Managers and junior team members
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, schedules, and quality standards
Support contract issuance, purchase orders, and progress payment reviews
Observe and report on construction progress, risks, and field conditions
Manage project closeout activities and successful turnover to clients
Participate in business development initiatives, networking opportunities, proposals, and client presentations
What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management, development, or construction management experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
Experience managing corporate, technology, commercial office, R&D, or mission‑critical projects preferred
Demonstrated success delivering projects while meeting client expectations, schedules, and budgets
Strong understanding of design, construction, and project management processes
Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering documentation
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client‑focused environment

Salary This role's target base annual salary range is currently $100,000–150,000.
