Execute and oversee day‑to‑day activities for production support, quality issues, supplier transitions, and Class 2 Engineering Changes for rotating hardware. Identify areas of waste within the production support process. Continue to challenge current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Provide technical support and analysis for production investigations. Capture ESTO lessons learned. Drive continuous improvement into the product development cycle. What You Will Learn
Communication and leadership skills through driving QN workflow with outsourced teams, managing outsourced technical quality, and growing outsourced technical proficiency. Gain exposure to a variety of commercial cold‑section rotating and static hardware. Manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Interface with multiple disciplines and teams. Qualifications You Must Have
A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and 5 years of Engineering experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of Engineering experience. Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced Engineering degree. Experience working in the Aerospace Industry in a manufacturing environment. Previous Design or Manufacturing experience. Working proficiency with MS Office, Teamcenter, SAP, Siemens NX. What We Offer
Eligible for Relocation. Salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Benefits
