We are searching for a Supervisor Patient Access- Mobile. Someone who will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction and oversight to the assigned admissions team and serving as a resource for all admissions staff on highly complex issues and problem resolution. The Admissions Supervisor functions as a subject matter expert for the assigned Patient Access Representatives (PARs) and Patient Access Coordinators (PACs). The Admissions Supervisor is expected to serve as a role model through providing high quality customer service in accordance with established organization and department regulations, policies and procedures. Performs accurate mobile registration using a Workstation on Wheels to complete bedside and unit-based collection and verification of demographic, insurance, and consent information while delivering compassionate, efficient service at the point of care in the applicable areas.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED is required
2 years' experience in scheduling, registration, and or pre/service verification required
An associates or bachelor's degree may be substituted for the experience required.
Responsibilities:
Plans and deploys people and resources to ensure the teams are manned at all appropriate times and customers receive prompt attention.
Coach and develop team members to required standards.
Implement quality controls through routine auditing to ensure process adherence and delivery of quality service.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Will provide Management support and supervision of daily operations.
Ensures timely and effective two-way communication of strategic and operational messages to teams.
