Responsibilities
Primarily issue high-intent inbound/outbound auto and homeowners policies.
Access underwrite and issue more P&C products and various homeowners carriers.
Follow up thoroughly with exclusive online Geico.com quotes.
Prospect other warm sources of leads and referrals.
Assist walking clients looking for new insurance.
Drive referral production.
Bundle policies to increase account value.
Maintain disciplined CRM follow up.
Provide a positive experience and follow through to completion.
Strong attention to quality coverages and focus to drive retention.
Review risks and advise correct coverages.
Contribute new ideas, solutions, and best practices collectively.
Generate significant opportunity and close it.
Requirements
Desire to genuinely help clients.
Minimum 3+ years of insurance or sales experience.
Active Property & Casualty License required (able to acquire within 30 days for a trainee position).
Self‑motivated, great communicator, and sales‑oriented.
Strong efficiency, organization skills, and multitasking ability.
Elite communication skills, patience, and strong emotional intelligence.
Positive, solution‑oriented nature.
Proficient computer skills.
Stable employment history.
Verifiable production history.
