Outside Sales Representative
to grow with us.
This role combines inside sales, outside sales, and face-to-face prospect engagement to drive results across a large and opportunity-rich territory in the Atlanta metro area. You’ll thrive here if you are a self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong consultative selling skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do In this high-impact role, you will:
Execute a targeted sales strategy to identify and win new business with mid-size clients
Drive prospecting efforts through a mix of phone outreach, email, networking, and
in-person client visits
Use consultative discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and position Focus People’s tailored staffing solutions
Create and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals that address each client’s unique challenges
Close new business and collaborate with internal service teams to ensure a seamless transition and excellent customer experience
Manage and expand existing accounts through relationship building and solution alignment
Maintain a well-organized, up-to-date pipeline in
CRM
Stay informed about staffing industry trends, client challenges, and competitive movement

Demonstrate ownership of their territory and pride in delivering results
Build trust and long-term relationships with hiring managers and executives
Proactively solve problems and work collaboratively with internal teams
Use data and insights to continuously improve performance
What You Bring
2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to confidently lead discovery meetings and present tailored solutions
Comfortable with both high-volume outreach and in-person client meetings
Professionalism, persistence, and resilience
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong organizational skills
A results-driven mindset and a strong sense of personal accountability
Local to Atlanta with reliable transportation
