Job Details / Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations for construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Supervise and coordinate self-perform teams (carpentry, steel, concrete) as well as subcontractors and trade partners.
Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and safety protocols on-site.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and deliver high-quality results.
Conduct site meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
Mentor field teams and contribute to a positive, high-performing construction culture.
Support adaptive reuse, new construction, and various market sectors including industrial and commercial facilities.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience as a Superintendent or in senior construction management roles with a general contractor or design-build firm.
Strong background in commercial, industrial, or multi-trade construction (steel erection, concrete, carpentry preferred).
Proven track record managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets on mid-to-large scale projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for project sites.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
