This is a long term opportunity with a great local company that is looking to hire on the right person for the position and their company!
Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist Pay: $20.00/hr to start
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k) and more!
Shift: 1st Shift (8am-5pm)
Location: Leesport, PA
Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist
Answering incoming calls and technical questions about products
Processing orders for customers/clients
Using Microsoft and company software programs to document and complete orders
Qualifications of the Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist
Experience working in call center or customer service experience
Ability to type and have basic knowledge of computers
Able to handle using email, and other software programs
Professionalism over the phone, positive with customers
