Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer calls, complaint interactions, transactions, and related documentation.
Review servicing processes and programs to ensure quality standards, controls, and procedures are followed.
Document quality issues, trends, and performance measures for management review.
Identify deficiencies, risk concerns, and process improvement opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams and external customers or third-party partners to support service quality needs.
Serve as a subject matter expert for quality expectations, call review standards, and operational procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $23.64 per hour.
Assignment duration: 6 months, with possible extension and possible conversion.
Work location: Chandler, AZ 85286.
Work mode: Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Job type: Temp-to-hire.
