FleetPride is the largest after‑market distributor of heavy‑duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. The Outside Sales Representative sells FleetPride products and services to current and prospective customers in a competitive business‑to‑business environment, maximizing sales and gross profit within a defined territory. Responsibilities
Account Planning: identify share‑of‑wallet opportunities, maintain monthly/quarterly account plans, and collaborate with teams for resources. Call Planning: set call objectives, prepare agendas, use CRM to record detailed call results. Customer Needs and Assessment: ask open‑ended questions, build trust, uncover expansion opportunities. Value Communication: explain FleetPride value, gather feedback, and identify ways to increase mutual value. Team Work: coordinate with internal and external experts, elevate issues, and serve as conduit between customer and FleetPride. Product Knowledge: understand major parts, comparative strengths, and use this knowledge to recommend the best fit solutions. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of B2B sales experience; heavy‑duty equipment distribution sales preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Mechanical inclination and interest in the heavy‑duty industry. Experience with CRM and other sales force automation tools is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Pay
The annualized pay range for this position is $70,304 – $105,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. EEO Statement
