Calco Companies Inc. is currently seeking a proactive, customer focused, full-time Inside Sales Representative/ Customer Service to provide excellent customer experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support preferably in manufacturing or other B2B environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Workspace platforms, order management systems, and/or QuickBooks Online
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Sales support experience or strong interest in developing sales skills
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
Must enjoy working with people in a cross‑functional team environment
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and online channels
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Perform inside sales activities, including responding to quote requests, following up on orders, and providing basic account support
Enter, review, and process customer orders and delivery information accurately
Provide product information, pricing guidance, and order status updates
Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order execution and fulfillment
Resolve customer questions and service issues professionally
Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and order documentation
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement when appropriate
