Onsite Role Overview
As a Copywriter, you will support the development of customer-focused content across healthcare and insurance-related initiatives. Working alongside senior writers and a broader marketing team, you'll create engaging and compliant content that serves patients, members, and other key audiences. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders. You'll contribute to long-form content, web pages, blog posts, and occasional social content while ensuring messaging aligns with brand, regulatory, and audience requirements. Day in the Life
Write and edit content for websites, blog articles, and other digital marketing channels Conduct research to support accurate, informative, and audience-focused content Collaborate with content marketers, SEO strategists, UX designers, editors, and project managers throughout the content development process Revise content based on stakeholder and editorial feedback Support senior writers on healthcare and insurance-related content initiatives Ensure content meets regulatory, brand, and quality standards Partner with web publishing teams to prepare content for publication Contribute to occasional organic social media content as needed Your Qualifications
2+ years of professional copywriting or content writing experience Experience creating content in a regulated industry such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, or similar environments Strong portfolio showcasing long-form, research-driven content Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content Strong research discipline and critical thinking skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback and work effectively across teams Customer-first approach with empathy for patient and member audiences Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare or health insurance industry experience Experience creating content that requires extensive research and subject matter understanding Familiarity with SEO content best practices Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Trello, or Figma Exposure to web publishing workflows and content management systems What We Believe In
