Responsibilities
Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful.
Engage with the community to build essential relationships.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
Live a culture of friendly competition to grow the business and your success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
