Data Preparation: Assist in gathering and preparing data from various sources for analysis. Trend Identification: Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Reporting & Visualization: Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders. Data Quality Assurance: Support the team in standardizing data sets and ensuring data quality. Business Collaboration: Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business needs and provide insights. The Must-Haves
Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field. Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL), familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), familiarity with statistical analysis methods and software, knowledge of data management best practices including SQL, prior internship or coursework in data analysis or a related area, or an active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
