We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in healthcare and outsourcing solutions. This individual will lead strategic sales initiatives, build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through tailored service offerings to healthcare organizations. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and the opportunity to influence business expansion. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on outsourcing and managed service solutions Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition targets Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, health systems, and other healthcare providers Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, compliance) to ensure client needs are met Conduct presentations and negotiations with C-suite executives and decision-makers Stay up to date on healthcare trends, regulations, and outsourcing innovations Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution Requirements
Proven success in a senior sales role, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare services or healthcare-related outsourcing Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals Deep understanding of healthcare systems, provider operations, and service delivery challenges Strong consultative selling skills and strategic thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Will ingness to travel as needed for client engagement and industry events
