We specialize in commercial roofing restoration within Colorado, Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Texas areas. We are a local company and offer a competitive base salary plus override on members on your team! Our top performers earn well over six figures annually! Primary Job Responsibilities Include: Manage and develop sales team and the process for successful sales Meet and set weekly and monthly sales goals for the team and individually Interactive sales presentations on products and services to the sales team Participation in ongoing training on a weekly basis Qualifications: Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Roofing team development and training Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and problem resolution Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths An articulate individual who thrives in human interaction Desire to mentor other employees Salary and Benefits: Experienced Sales Managers make well over 210K in their first year!
