Sales Representative

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Long Beach, CA 90810
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee sales within a designated territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations
Represent client brands professionally and effectively
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented individuals looking to gain new skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and apply feedback
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus (not required)

Compensation/Benefits
Salary Range
: $41,600 – $78,000+ annually
Compensation is performance‑driven and varies based on individual results, experience, and advancement within the company. Team members typically earn between $800 and $1,500+ per week, with many increasing their earnings through continued training and mentorship. Commissions typically range from $100–$500 per order, and team members average 4–6 orders per week, depending on performance and market conditions.
