Compensation: $60,000 Base + 10% Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1: $100,000–$150,000 Year 2: $150,000–$250,000 Year 3: $250,000 + POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing outbound warm leads and closing high-ticket B2C and B2B sales opportunities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them identify solutions that improve their businesses, careers, finances, and relationships through Grant Cardone Enterprises’ products, services, events, and educational programs.
A successful individual in this role is highly motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within 30 Days:
Complete onboarding and training on Grant Cardone Enterprises products, services, sales systems, and CRM tools.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling outbound leads, conducting discovery conversations, and presenting solutions.
Consistently meet daily activity standards for calls, appointments, follow-up, and CRM management.
Within 60 Days:
Consistently close sales opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Effectively communicate product value and overcome objections with confidence.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities while contributing positively to team performance.
Within 90 Days:
Meet or exceed established monthly sales goals and revenue targets.
Demonstrate mastery of the sales process from initial contact through close.
Be recognized as a high-performing contributor who exemplifies the Grant Cardone Enterprises culture and growth mindset.
OBJECTIVES
Manage and close inbound warm leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Engage prospects through phone calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up communications to build trust and establish value.
Conduct professional product presentations and provide detailed information regarding programs, services, and events.
Negotiate and close high-ticket sales opportunities with both individual and business clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression within the CRM system.
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development programs.
Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team environment focused on growth and results.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Frequent phone communication throughout the workday.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasional weekends as needed
On-site in Scottsdale, Arizona
