Service Sales Account Manager

Service Account Managers
will be responsible for all aspects of gas turbine, steam turbine and generator service sales including Profit & Loss, Customer Service, Technical Support, etc. for assigned fleet. With a focus on Account Management, LTSA and Transactional Sales, and fostering Executive Level Customer Relationships.
Schedule/Salary Starting at $140,000/year
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Education and/or Experience Requires a
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business) ; or
five (5) years of related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties
Develop Key Account Plans to include detailed knowledge of customer's organization, business goals, relationship status, and opportunities for business growth
Organize and facilitate customer Executive Meetings with the involvement of the leadership team and customer executives
Work in tandem with LTSA Operations to plan and develop a strategy for selling service, parts, upgrades and modernizations for assigned Accounts
Work in tandem with New Generation Sales team to develop winning sales strategies for LTSA contracts on new units for assigned Accounts
Communicate with Japanese factories on service pricing strategy, cost estimates and quotations
Communicate with customers in the Americas to understand service needs via telephone, email and personal visits
Manage winning strategies with responsible product line(s), factory and senior management
Ability to review, break-down and make actionable detailed customer request for proposal (RFP)
Frequent overnight travel (at least 50%) by land, train and/or air.
