Deliverables
Manage and grow social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
Write engaging blog posts tailored to the Austin real estate market and lifestyle
Record and edit high-quality iPhone videos for use on social platforms
Design and create visually appealing flyers and digital marketing materials
Monitor analytics to assess content performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new content ideas
Requirements
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling blog posts and social captions
Proficiency in video recording and editing, particularly using iPhone and mobile editing apps
Graphic design skills for creating flyers and digital assets (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, especially for real estate
Must be based in Austin, TX, and able to work on-site; remote or travel-based applicants will not be considered
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
