Your Path to a Six-Figure Career in Real Estate Sales This is a legitimate opportunity to build a six-figure career as a sales professional, with a base salary plus performance commission, working alongside one of Miami's top-producing real estate teams.
We close hundreds of transactions a year in one of the most active real estate markets in the country, and we need a sharp salesperson to be the first voice prospects hear from RSG. We'll train you on the systems, the scripts, and the industry — no real estate license required to start.
For the right person, this role is a springboard.
THE ROLE You’ll spend your day on the phone. You’ll qualify inbound leads, book appointments for our agents, and follow up with prospects in our database. Speed-to-lead, persistence, and the ability to have real sales conversations are what drive success here.
This is not a passive administrative role. You will own the front end of our sales pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage high call volume and multiple conversations simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
WORK SCHEDULE Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
