We’re looking for a motivated, organized individual to join us as a Sales Associate / Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If you have leadership experience and a passion for retail, we want to hear from you!
This position requires evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
Merchandising:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively, driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Customer Service:
Foster a customer‑centric environment by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Sales Growth:
Implement sales initiatives and promotions, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about products and trends, sharing knowledge with customers and team members.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Vendor Relationships:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to optimize product selection and profitability.
Training and Development:
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
