Responsibilities Oversee facility maintenance across industrial, commercial, and mixed-use buildings Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities Manage a team of 6-15 maintenance personnel, fostering training and development Maintain safety compliance and enforce safety regulations Coordinate with vendors for specialized services and supplies Inspect equipment regularly, including forklifts, HVAC systems, plumbing, and carpentry elements Respond promptly to emergencies, although such occurrences are rare Track and manage maintenance budgets under $100K Utilize Excel and CIS software to manage electronic work orders and reporting Document maintenance activities and prepare regular reports Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in building maintenance Expertise in preventive maintenance and project management Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Proven ability in team leadership and vendor management Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Building Maintenance or a related technical field Certifications or experience as HVAC technician, plumber, or electrician
