The Job PartnerComm is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide exceptional technical support for our employees while assisting with user administration, endpoint management and IT projects. This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional who enjoys working directly with users, troubleshooting technology issues and contributing to ongoing infrastructure improvements.
The successful candidate will support both macOS and Windows environments, assist with Microsoft 365 administration, onboard and offboard users, maintain IT documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers on projects and escalated issues. At PartnerComm, 95% of employees work on a Mac, with backend systems and a select number of users on Windows.
This position reports to the Director of IT and works closely with a team of experienced infrastructure and network engineers.
Responsibilities End User Support
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
Assist users with printer, conference room and peripheral device issues
Troubleshoot VPN and remote access connectivity
Manage and resolve support requests through the ticketing system
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users
User Provisioning and Administration
Perform user onboarding and offboarding activities
Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Configure laptops, mobile devices and user access permissions
Support Phone setup and user provisioning
Maintain user and asset records
Support and manage company-issued Mac devices
Assist with software deployment and updates
Troubleshoot macOS-specific issues
Work with endpoint management tools and security platforms
Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
Documentation and Projects
Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles and runbooks
Document support procedures and troubleshooting steps
Participate in IT infrastructure projects and technology rollouts
Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of IT support experience
Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
Experience administering Microsoft 365
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
