Responsibilities
Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
Make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing in‑depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer.
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of commercial properties, make recommendations, and address client questions to set expectations.
Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
Physical job requirements: use a ladder safely, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and wear PPE including OSHA‑compliant respirators; work in varied weather conditions.
Sales experience preferred.
