What You’ll Do As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Lee - Friendly Pets, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in finding the right products for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends.
Providing knowledgeable recommendations about pet care and supplies.
Handling sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Restocking shelves and ensuring inventory is well‑displayed.
What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring:
At least 1 year of experience
in customer service, sales, or a related field.
